Hey guys! Well...it took me a while to update again. I know, I suck. I made a new layout! It featues the amazingly (and sadly gone) talented Michael Jackson. So, I have a ten page paper due, and I've only got 6 of the 10 so far... I'm going to go work on that. I will update with new art and affiliates later. I hope everythig is going well for you guys! Remember to leave me some tag love, I feed on it like crack. nom nom nom.

October, 2009

Hey everyone! First off, thank you so much to Sam, Maryline, Wendy and Miss B. for the wonderful words of encouragment while I was gone. It was honestly you guys that motivated me to sit down and create something! I'm turning 21 this Oct. 24... freaky huh? I think I might give up driking now that I can do it legally. (Just kidding!) Classes are going well. Supernatural is back, so, life is good. Do I really judge my life by good or bad depending of if Supernatual is on? I think I do...that's pitiful. I have some new pieces, and a new layout. I also wanted to show you guys some of my photos from Rome. Once again, thank you all for the sweet comments, and I'm very happy to be back.

New Art:

Heaven and the Stars - This features the beautiful Sarah Michelle Gellar. It was for a challenge over at Bite Me. The photos are really pretty, and I liked the way it came out, hence its the new layout. I'm working on trying to add colors over and shadows behind my images to make them look like they are affected by the textures. Did that make any sense? Bascially I'm trying to paint with brushes to add shadows and highlights.

Feel My Bones - *Warning implied Slash* So, you all have seen this one already, it was the layout, I just never uploaded the wallpaper. It is a manipulation of Kirk with Dr. Mccoy. Dr. Mccoy is actually Spock's body, I just switched out his head for Bones! I'm a big Kirk/Bones shipper so...I just had to. Its like crack. I also really liked how this came out. The background is composed of about 6 different stock photos, creating the illusion of a new world.

Live Forever - This does not count as a Twilight piece.... I did NOT make a Twilight piece! I hate Twilight! lol This was for a challenge over at Fascinating Jensen. The challenge was to take a photo of Jensen and make him look like Edward. I used Eva Green (the girl from Casino Royal) as Bella. I know she is too old to play Bella, but she was wearing things that Bella would wear. Why do I know that? *headdesk* Its all your art people! I look at everything Marlyine and Wendy make and I go....ooooo....pretty. Even though I can't stand the subject matter. lol

Under the Blue Moon - A generic Dean character piece. Also created for a challenge at Fascinating Jensen. It was actually an add effects challenge, which is really difficult now that I have changed over from the 1024x768 to 1440x900 wallpaper size. I have to think things out a little more. It gives more room for effects, but it also leaves many opprotunities for things the piece to become unbalanced.

Rome:

I also wanted to show you all some photos from the trip to Rome. I have TONS more, so if anyone would like me to send them to you for stock images, let me know!
